If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase,  we're here to help. As a small business, we have established the following policies to ensure a smooth and fair process for both our customers and our team.

Cancellation Policy

Customers have a 30-minute window after placing their order to cancel. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at sitrthelabel@gmail.com, along with your order number, within this time frame. After 30 minutes, the order will begin processing and cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchange Period: Products can be exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges beyond this period. Please note that shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by SITR.

Condition of Products: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition. The product should include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Proof of Purchase : A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. This helps us verify the transaction and process your exchange efficiently.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sitrthelabel@gmail.com, along with your order number. Our team will check the order details to ensure it meets the exchange criteria. Once approved, you can select an exchange product of equal or lesser value. If the new product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
